Give everything. Deliver when it matters. Make the journey worth remembering.
Built the Swiss AI Platform's managed model inference at Swisscom, and now pursuing a CAS in Advanced Machine Learning at the University of Bern. Composing music since I was 12 - one of my pieces was recorded and released on Spotify by a finalist of The Voice of Poland. Polycard came from studying over 10,000 flashcards. This summer, training for my first tennis camp in Spain.
I started as an intern at Bank Zachodni WBK (now Santander Bank Polska) in data engineering, where I was quickly offered to become the company's first Scrum Master. The highlight? Joining the bank leadership meeting with 2 members of the board and being the face for bank's agile transformation.
I learned the ground rules of consulting at McKinsey & Company in Poland. I supported a variety of projects from airline route planning to tracking oil production through offshore oil rigs. Working from London, Piccadilly Circus, or Paris Champs-Élysées, joining highest quality consulting trainings in France opened my eyes to different ways of thinking and made me hungry for an adventure abroad.
I moved to Switzerland in 2017, and have spent the past 9 years at Swisscom building big data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems at enterprise scale. Along the way I picked up 12 AWS certifications, three Kubernetes certifications, and a genuine passion for making ML work in production. I facilitate Learning Community meetings, so far organized 40+ events.
Right now I'm pursuing a CAS in Advanced Machine Learning at the University of Bern, researching open-source LLM text-to-SQL with agentic self-correction - a topic that sits right at the intersection of what I study and what I build at work.
I also built Polycard, a flashcard app born from studying over 10,000 cards across AWS, Kubernetes, and ML certifications. It's my way of sharing what worked for me.
Originally from Poland. I work in English and Polish, and I'm learning German, because Switzerland became home.
I have a folder of piano demos waiting to be properly recorded. I'm training for my first tennis camp in Spain & Italy this summer, dance bachata whenever I can, and I'm practicing singing to release my music.
Living in Switzerland brought a multilingual rhythm to my days - I switch between English, Polish, and German constantly, and I'm picking my French back up. I practice all of them through Polycard, the same app I built for technical certifications.
